Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in medical administration or related field
  • Certification as Medical Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Quiet, professional home office environment
  • Availability for at least 20 hours per week
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
